In order to start a new economic dynamic moving from the mass economy to the value-added economy, Okapi is launching an industrial project to manufacture electronic products in the DRC. The economy of added value will enable us to get out of economic dependence by processing all the varieties of raw materials in the country itself with a view to the development of new products, which create jobs.
The Okapi industrial project includes 6 projects integrated for the most part into the process of processing local raw materials for the manufacture of the necessary components that will feed the assembly units of electronic tools such as phones, tablets, computers that will all be manufactured in the DRC in the very near future. The other projects will serve as a basis for the development of a new modern communication technology in Congo. The completion time of all these projects is estimated at 24 months. As project 1 is already underway, the rest will be started at the same time.
Before talking about the manufacturing plant in the country, it was important to first design and manufacture the electronic tools in America and Asia. As soon as it was done, we had to move on to the stage of distributing these products in canada and elsewhere. Okapi products are already on sale all over the world and mainly in the DRC supported by our Okapi Distribution structure, which is full of talented and professional individuals. Okapi products are sold in the brand's stores called "Okapi Store". The distribution project is the launch line of the Okapi brand because it makes it possible to make the products known to consumers. Distribution is the most authorized way to move to the manufacturing stage of these products in Congo.
We cannot start an ambitious industrialization project if we do not have energy autonomy. That's why we will start by developing a new solar panel manufacturing industry in the DRC to support our projects. This energy autonomy will protect us against the vagaries of electricity supply that may affect our product manufacturing and processing plan. The solar panels for supplying the electronic tools that we have designed and that are currently manufactured outdoors will also be manufactured entirely in the DRC using our raw materials.
In order to supply its assembly plant, Okapi plans to build several manufacturing plants for components used in the manufacture of phones, tablets and other accessories. These factories will be set up throughout the republic according to the local production of raw materials such as ores, wood, rubber and others. Okapi will put in place a strict policy of protection of working conditions of employees of suppliers of raw materials wishing to serve okapi production units.
It is the model of the future manufacturing plant for Okapi phones, tablets and accessories in the kinshasa area (Maluku).
A country's national security depends on its control over the communication system. The DRC does not have a national communication structure to serve services related to territorial security. Okapi will launch a hybrid communication system to overcome this situation of national interest. Provide broadband and internet telephony and cable service to higher education and university institutions, government and security services in the country.
The digitization of a country begins with the establishment of data centers (data center or carrier hotel). Otherwise, digitization will only be a slogan. Okapi is preparing the launch of a data center at the same time as the projects of other manufacturing units. This data center will allow:· Operate and manage an operator's telecommunications network· Deliver data center-based applications directly to customers· Provide hosted applications to a third party to provide services to customers· Provide a combination of these applications and similar database center applications
